| Role and Responsibilities - Prepare ITRs formats, check sheet overview in regards to electrical works. - Perform technical review of Design drawings / deliverables with regard to suitability for commissioning. - Full working knowledge of commissioning activities in relation to mechanical/electrical/instrumentation/control disciplines and to advise company representative on commissioning problems and effective solutions. - Review Construction plans with a view to achieving early and efficient client handover. - To take responsibility for commissioning activities across the contract and manage a team of commissioning engineers and technicians. - Develop Discipline Commissioning Plans, Documentation, Procedures and Handover documentation. - Liaise and manage interfaces with Vendors. - Witnesses onshore factory acceptance tests. - Participates in Project Hazop/Safety review, design audits as part of multi-disciplinary team. - Reviews commissioning procedures and acceptance of equipment as client representative. - Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports. - Other jobs As required from Pre-com/Commissioning Manager Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor or higher in appropriate technical fields: Electrical/ Electronic from a Vietnamese or International University At least 4 years in electrical commissioning area of offshore oil and gas projects Proficiency in Word, Excel, AutoCAD. Foreign Language: Intermediate Priority for persons who have experience with - Electrical safety training course Other requirement: Intelligent, hard, and want to work at company for a long time, enthusiasm. |
